Hope Bridges in Strathmore offers a chance to express your artistic abilities in music every Tuesday with the program Sing Your High Note.
According to the profile of the program offered, “Sing (and play) Your High Note Find the Music that makes you want to dance! Sing-a-long or just listen to the multi generational sounds. There is nothing more precious than sharing the gift of music and embraces the opportunity to facilitate growth, learning and well-being through music.”
It is a known fact that music just makes you feel better. Music has been used for centuries to aid people of all generations to generate a feeling of health and wellness.
