Sean Jones beloved father of three of Strathmore AB, passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2016 with his family by his side, at the young age of 40 years.
Sean was the eldest of two children born to Bruce and Julia Jones in Creston BC. At a young age Sean moved to Calgary AB to attend the Calgary Academy from which he graduated in 1993. He began his sales career in the gas and oil industry shortly after graduation. It is within this he remained working for the majority of his years until recently switching career paths working with Namaka Feedlot. Sean was blessed with three beautiful children Peyton, Sawyer and Connor. He was a fiercely devoted father who lived for his children. Sean’s greatest joy was spending his time either at the hockey rink cheering on Sawyer and Connor or attending Peyton’s numerous dance recitals, choir performances and gymnastics. He also loved family camping trips, fishing with his Dad and brother, and any event that allowed him to spend time with Family. He will greatly missed by all.
Sean is survived by his three children Peyton, Sawyer and Connor; Father and Mother Bruce and Julia Jones; brother Patrick (Heather, Avery and Leah); his partner Angie (Camryn, Ashlyn, Lauryn); grandmother Anna Kellow; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held at Hope Community Covenant Church (245 Brent Blvd, Strathmore, AB) on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life to follow at Travelodge Strathmore (350 Ridge Road). Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
