July 14, 1977 – January 3, 2023
It’s with heavy hearts and great sadness that we say goodbye to our beautiful mother, sister and friend, Brenda Kadlec-Debnam. Brenda was born in Calgary, Alberta on July 14, 1977, and spent her precious 45 years of her life in Strathmore and Area. After graduating high school, she worked and travelled with her “Those Little Donut” family. These are days she loved and had great memories of. Later Brenda became a certified esthetician, where she worked at Eveline Charles until going on maternity leave. While being an amazing mom she developed her passion for scrapbooking, jewelry making, photography and numerous other hobbies. She had the opportunity to share these talents in her later jobs.
Brenda had a love for travelling where she could soak in the sun and enjoy the ocean. She always took the time to enjoy the beauty of nature and all it offered. In nature she found peacefulness and contentment.
Brenda was survived and will be forever missed by her children Nolan and Payton; former partner Judd; brother Jeff; and her Aunt Jean. Also survived by her many extended family and friends. She is predeceased by her parents Alex and Marilyn Kadlec; grandparents Shirley and Albert Bainbridge; and uncle Ron Bainbridge.
Brenda had a wanderlust soul, who lived and loved life to the fullest. The biggest accomplishment and loves of her life were her children, who will forever hold her memory and love in their hearts. She touched and left an impact on all who knew and loved her and she will never be forgotten.
Celebration of a beautiful life will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Strathmore Royal Canadian Legion Hall (230 2nd Ave, Strathmore Alberta). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to The Foothills Medical Center via calgaryhealthfoundation.ca in Brenda’s memory. Family would like to extend their gratitude to the wonderful staff at the Foothills Medical Centre ICU for the care during this difficult time.
“In the end, it’s not the years in your life that count; it’s the life in your years.”
