It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Phil Roberts on August 19, 2019 in Calgary at the Foothills Hospital at the age of 77 years. He moved to Strathmore 7 years ago and resided in Senior’s Housing where he made many friends and people who looked out for him. He would make Christmas cards every year for everyone and slide them under their doors at night. Phil’s love was long haul truck driving which he did for many years starting with Trimac and then Economy Carriers. He lived life his way or the highway. Phil will be lovingly missed and remembered by his daughter Cindy Sherba (Tim) and grandson Cody Frank and many friends along the way. A private family celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
