MAY, Douglas William
August 19, 1954 to April 13, 2018

Doug passed away peacefully at the Strathmore Hospital on the early morning of May 13, 2018. Previous to his passing, he went to go be with his mother on Mother’s Day.
Doug was born in Calgary and raised in Strathmore and chose to reside in Strathmore his entire life.
Doug is predeceased by his sister Lori and by his mother, Jean May (Kermack), four years ago.
Doug is survived by his father Bill May.
A service was held by family and close friends at the Strathmore Cemetery in May.
His ashes were buried with his mother’s grave at the Strathmore Cemetery and a permanent marker will soon be placed.
Doug will be fondly remembered by his friends Linda, Brett, Darryl, Edo, Juanita, Kelli and Greg, as well as by his father Bill and by his many friends in his apartment block, Chinook III.
We will miss his humour, his kindness, and also his frankness. He put a smile on our hearts.
