Winkler,Daryl John 

Daryl John Winkler passed away peacefully April 6, 2025 at the age of 82 years. Daryl was born in Lethbridge in 1943 and was adopted by Frank and Margaret Winkler. He spent almost his entire life farming near Indus, Alberta. Daryl is survived by his wife of over 60 years, Evelyn (née Ramsay), his children, Kevin (Tanja) Winkler, Michele Konschuh, Doug (Shelagh) Winkler, Steve (Katherine) Winkler, and 8 grandchildren. Daryl was a truly great man, wise beyond his years, with a talent for solving problems and making others smile. A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.

Daryl’s family would like to thank the staff at Age Care Seton in Calgary for taking good care of him in the last year of his life.
