Sadly, on Monday, September 19, 2022, Hilda Mae Smith (nee Dase) originally from Pincher Creek Alberta, passed away after a long battle with cancer. 

Mom had spent the last 25 years in Strathmore Alberta, 

She is survived by a Brother, Mike Dase of Pincher Creek, 1 Son Terry of Strathmore and 2 Daughters, Charlene (Rick) of Medicine Hat and Sheila (James) of Calgary, along with 6 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren, Jessica (Violet and Jake) Ashley (Husband Brad) Travis, Amanda (Husband Keith, Kaleb & Kylie) Jimmy (Wife Jennifer, Jordyn, Julie & Jaelyn) Ryan (Wife Alejandra, Leah, Kaleb, Raquel & Samara) along with numerous Nieces and Nephews

Grandma was very active with her Grandchildren, loving them all and enjoying spending time with them.

She will be missed by all those who loved her.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Strathmore United Church (410 4th Street Strathmore) at 3:00 p.m.
