Local country music fans will have to wait another year for Strathmore’s Cowboy Town Concert Series to restart.

The Strathmore and District Agricultural Society has announced it is rescheduling the planned Aaron Pritchett and Emerson Drive Concert to June 4, 2022.

“Rescheduling the concert for another year will allow us to be assured that we will be on the other side of the significant impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, including the restriction on mass gatherings,” said Ryan Schmidt, ag society general manager.

Tickets and suite purchases already made will be valid for the next year’s event. Additional tickets are on sale now. Grandstand seats and stage front tickets are available on a first-come basis, starting at $39 at strathmorestampede.com or by calling 403-934-5811.
