BOW, Lyle Randall

Lyle Randall Bow, of Vulcan, Alberta, passed away on April 13th, 2020 at the age of 59, in Strathmore, Alberta, surrounded by family. Anyone who knew Lyle, knew he was a hard working man. He provided for his family endlessly. He spent 23 years working long hours as a hired Farm Hand taking care of the Animals, Crops, Equipment, and daily farm maintenance. In 2010 he founded his business Galaxy Yards and spent 10 years growing and operating it locally in Vulcan, Alberta. His business was his pride, his work ethic was honorable, but he would tell everybody that his four kids were his greatest achievement. Lyle is survived by his son Kyle Bow and his wife Amelia Bow, his daughter Shyra Cocolicchio and her husband Justin Cocolicchio, his son Justise Bow, his Daughter Navada Bow, his four Grandchildren Katrina Bow, Anisten Bow, Benjamin Cocolicchio, and Olivia Cocolicchio, and his beloved dog Thumper who went everywhere with him. Lyle was known for his passion in work, family, fishing, cooking (he regularly made large meals of all ethnic cuisines), camping trips, classic rock, motorcycles, animals (especially horses and dogs), his big Clive Cussler and Louis Lamour book collection, and his endless stories and humor that were certain to get anybody listening or laughing. Lyle will always be loved and remembered as the incredible Father, Friend, Person, and Hard Worker he was. His battle wasn’t easy, but he fought hard.
A celebration of Life will take place when social restrictions have been lifted due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic. If you would like to attend, please contact Kyle Bow for details and updates on when the event will occur.
