Youth Hub holds logo contest

Strathmore and Wheatland County youth have one week left to enter the Strathmore Child, Youth and Family Hub logo contest.
According to Aia Hughes, Child, Youth and Family Hub program supervisor, the contest is a means to engage youth and to “show off the incredible talent we have in the community.
“We are looking for a logo that signifies the holistic approach we take when providing programs to the community,” she added.
The Child, Youth and Family Hub, formerly known as the Youth Club, has a vision to help children, youth and families succeed within their community through the provision of quality programs and supports. The Hub’s mission is to “provide children and youth with meaningful opportunities, to assist families in learning new parenting strategies and support with community referrals.”
Hughes said youth aged 12 to 18 years are eligible to enter the contest. Deadline is March 29 at 12 noon, and the winner of the logo contest receives a $25 Amazon gift card.
Logo entries can be dropped off at the Hub or emailed to aia.hughes@strathmore.ca. For more information, email or call Hughes at 403-934-4918.
