Strathmore man faces criminal charges

Richard Mulvihill of Strathmore remains in custody after he was arrested on June 1 after fleeing from police in a stolen vehicle.
Mulvihill, 27, was arrested along with a 30-year-old Regina man and an 18-year-old Calgary woman in a stolen Ford pickup truck when they became stuck in a field approximately 12 kilometres northwest of Olds after a pursuit.
Mulvihill faces the following criminal charges: theft of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, three counts of breach of probation, two counts of breach of recognizance and possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl).
Mulvihill was remanded into custody and made his first appearance on June 5. His matter was adjourned to June 12 in Calgary Provincial Court and he remains in custody.
Dustin Edward Watetch of Regina was charged with flight from peace officer, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, possession of stolen property, three mischief and three counts of possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose. Watetch was remanded into custody and made his first appearance on June 3. The matter was adjourned to June 12in Calgary Provincial Court and Watetch remains in custody.
Hannah Grace-Marie Davidson of Calgary has been charged with theft of a motor vehicle and three counts of failing to comply with undertaking. Davidson was released on a recognizance by justice and is to make her first appearance on July 9 in Didsbury Provincial Court.
