WALSTRA, Diana Mae (nee Layton)
September 25, 1942 – January 9, 2018

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Diana Walstra who passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 in Strathmore, Alberta at the age of 75 years. Diana is survived by her husband, Hans of 57 years; five children, Warren (Sheila), Shari (Doug), Darren (Beverly), Terry (Dale), Arlene (Garry); eleven grandchildren, Mason, William, Rachel, Braden, Jared, Stephen, Kyle, David, Michael, Brian, Tyler; five great grandchildren, Miranda, Josh, Lillian, Maximus, William; as well numerous other relatives and many friends. She was predeceased by her mother, Wilhelmina in 1968; father, Clelland in 1989 and sister, Donna in 2004. Cremation will take place with a family memorial to be held at a later date.
