FERWERDA, Brigitte (nee Paquin)

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing away of Brigitte, aged 64 years, on July 1, 2016 at Cranbrook, B.C. with her best friend Brian Crowe by her side. She was predeceased by her son Mark Soltys and parents Joseph and Marie (nee Semeniuk) Paquin and brother Antoine (Tony). She is survived by her children Denise (nee Soltys) Verch, and Kevin Soltys; sister Jacqueline (nee Paquin) Lethbridge; brothers Etienne (Steve) and Michael; grandchildren Jacob, Jaeden, Daniel, and Nicholas; nieces, nephews and other extended family and her many friends. There will be a viewing for family and close friends on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Wheatland Funeral Chapel (202 Lakeside Blvd. Strathmore, AB) at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Rite will be held on Friday July 15, 2016 at Wheatland Funeral Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Strathmore.
