Hope Bridges will be holding two Zentangle classes in the coming weeks. Zentangle is an easy-to-learn art form that is known to bring about a sense of wellness and relaxation. Zentangle is an activity that is enjoyed worldwide by people of all ages and skill. It is also an art form that involves repetitive action drawing on paper that can curb chronic pain and is known to connect the right and left-brain in its action by the participant. She also teaches children, teens and adults drawing, visual journaling, sculpting and Zentangle out of Aliki’s Art House. She provides a fun and light-hearted way to relax in a guided Zentangle classes for beginners and for intermediate learners. Lawton will demonstrate a pattern on a larger piece that participants will then recreate on their individual squares.

The intermediate class will take place at The Happy Gang, also located at the Lambert Centre, and will take place on April 8 at 7 p.m. You must have taken the beginner class to participate in the intermediate level.
