Glitch Busters is open and ready to assist you with all of your computer needs. Kyle Larson, owner of the shop, has finished renovating the shop, which is located next to Joyland Theatre, and officially opened the doors to the public on Sept. 9.
Larson provides a one-stop shop for all your computer needs, including repairs, and selling new models.
“We’re going to be doing reconditioned computers, brand new computers, sales and service, trade-ins, so someone can bring their old computer in and trade it in towards a new one, or a better one,” said Larson.
“There’s only one other store in town, and I live in Drumheller and there’s four stores there and they all seem to be able to make a go of it, so I figured Strathmore’s almost twice the population.”
Larson has been working on repairing computers for over seven years, focusing more on the PC side than Mac, but he will work on both systems. He sells both refurbished computers and custom-built desktop towers. The new computers available for sale are ASUS and Lenovo models.
He will offer screen repair services, but won’t offer it for iPhones or iPads – it will be a service available only for computer screens.
