CROOKS, Evelyn May

1938 – 2014

 

Evelyn May Crooks passed away peacefully on July 30, 2014 at the age of 75 years. She leaves behind her five children, Jim, Margie, Carol, Caramell, and Marlyn; eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two sisters, and one brother. Evelyn was predeceased by her husband Marvin Crooks, and her daughter Patricia Berger. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, and she will be missed by all. Evelyn’s family would like to thank the Legion for all of their support and donations. A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 4, 2014 at Wheatland Funeral Chapel (Strathmore) at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the Strathmore Royal Canadian Legion (Box 2041, Strathmore, AB, T1P 1K1).
