The small town of Rockyford will be hosting its 54th annual Lions and Ag Society Rodeo on July 22-24. Alongside the weekend’s many rodeo and chuck wagon events, there will be a midway and a parade which will begin Saturday, at 10 am.
Following the parade, there will be a ‘gun fight’ which will take place on the main street of Rockyford, an event which Lions Club president, Darcy Koester thinks will be one of the weekend’s highlights.
TC and Company will be providing the live music at Saturday night’s cabaret.
For more information about the weekend’s events, Koester states that people should check out the posters that are available throughout the town, and encourages people to come down to the Rockyford Rodeo.
“It’s a fun filled weekend and small town rodeo at its finest,” said Koester.
