The Village of Hussar made a request to Wheatland County, asking them to sand the roads to help with snow removal when they are already out and near the village. Hussar also requested they be sent a bill for the half mile of road they are asking to be sanded. Council all agreed, stating they will be looking for cost recovery.
Children-at-play
Children-at-play signs can be put up when a ratepayer requests it. However, the ratepayer will be expected to cover the costs. The issue has been deferred to the policy committee.
