A southern Alberta company with ties to the Strathmore community, has been ranked in Canada’s Profit 200 magazine for the fourth straight year.
Classic Construction Limited (CCL) ranked 89th as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies after exhibiting a three-year revenue increase of 160 per cent with assets totaling more than $49.5 Million.
Over the last few years, the company has joined forces with the Government of Alberta and the Town of Strathmore to create an innovative partnership that will create an affordable housing option in Strathmore.
The first phase of the Bayside Villas, located off of Thomas Drive at Bayside Place, is slated to be complete later this summer.
To be recognized as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies was a huge honour for CCL Classic Communities.
“This growth was achieved through expansion into the single-family housing market and incorporating Built Green technologies,” said CCL President/CEO Murray Prokosch. “All the while, we’ve continued our long held practice of keeping our homes attainable and within reach of the average homeowner.
“We’ve achieved our success by sharing over $37 Million in profits with our homeowners through our unique Mortgage Assistance Plan. By helping households realize their dream of home ownership, with a high quality, attainable product, we’ve realized our goal of corporate success.”
