Wheatland Women’s Business inspired by guest speaker

Roseanne deBeaudrap – Wheatland Women’s Business

The Wheatland Women’s Business meeting held May 11 was very inspiring as we listened to our Guest Speaker: Amelia Crowfoot Clark, President, Old Sun Community College. What an inspirational life story she shared with us.

She also informed us of the various programs being offered at Old Sun College and the renovations that are happening to modernize the College. Students are sure to be motivated when learning in an environment that inspires pride and progress while embracing such a rich history.

As of June 8, the meetings will be held the second Tuesday of each month. Next meeting will be June 8 at The Strathmore Golf Course, Stix Restaurant.

This will be our ‘mini trade show.’ Members may display their information/samples at their seating area of the table and each member will speak briefly about their business. This mini trade show is a good opportunity to showcase services/products. Members are all asked to bring a small door prize.

Marcy Field ( Mountain Lion Consulting) will be representing WBW at the Strathmore Business Vitality Initiative and will provide an update after the meeting.
