KONDO, Echi (nee Takaguchi)

A gentle soul is gone.
Echi Kondo, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will lovingly be remembered by her husband Lido; daughters Colleen Kondo and Sharon (Rick) Plante; and two granddaughters Niki Plante (Phil Diep) and Lauren Plante (Brendan Farris). Echi is also survived by brothers Harumi (Michie) Takaguchi, Robert (Judy) Takaguchi; sister Atsu (Jim) Hagihara; and sister-in-law Kaz Takaguchi. She is predeceased by brother Yosh Takaguchi.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Fanning for his care and compassion for Echi and to the Strathmore Hospital staff for their care and support during her stay last summer. We are also very grateful to the Bayshore Homecare ladies for their wonderful care and support. It was Echi’s wish for a private family ceremony.
