It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Shirley, beloved wife of Julien, on October 28, 2010.  Shirley is survived by her husband; sons Ryan, Kevin (Kirsten), and Clinton; daughter Chandra (Jason); and grandchildren Brandon, Serina, Brooke-Lynne, Hunter, and Houston.  She will be greatly missed by her mother, Bernice (Gerald); brother Lauren (Pam); sisters Heather (Hugh) and Sharlene (Gerry); her youngest brother Richard; and her numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.  Shirley was a dedicated wife and mother whose family activities were filled with joy and enthusiasm, whether camping, attending hockey games and figure skating with the grandkids or travelling to several world destinations with family and friends.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the Alberta Cancer Foundation (1331-29th Street N.W., Calgary, T2N 4N2).  Memorial services will be held on Friday, November 5, 2010 at the Wheatland Funeral Chapel (Strathmore) at 2:00 p.m.  To send condolences, please visit www.wheatlandfuneralhome.ca.  WHEATLAND FUNERAL HOME LTD.
